These general terms and conditions of sale govern orders placed on the PIENUD website by consumers or professionals. By confirming your order, you accept these terms in full.
Products
PIENUD sells premium rugs selected for their craftsmanship, noble materials and timeless design. Product photographs are as accurate as possible; slight shade variations may occur depending on your screen or the lighting in your home.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is due immediately upon ordering by bank card through our secure payment provider, Stripe.
Delivery
Delivery times are stated when you choose a shipping method. Delivery is free of charge from EUR 100 of purchases in mainland France, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
Warranty
PIENUD rugs benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and a 2-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, under the conditions provided by law.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
